Nurses Improving Care for Healthysystem Elders (NICHE) is a nursing education and consultation program designed to improve geriatric care in healthcare organizations. The NICHE program of NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing provides resources for nursing and interdisciplinary teams to achieve organizational goals for the care of older adult patients.

Leadership Training Program

The Leadership Training Program (LTP) is an affordable web-based program for nurse managers and clinical leaders across the continuum of care. Offered several times a year, participants will engage with NICHE staff and faculty, learn data-driven change management approaches, program implementation techniques while earning ANCC continuing education credits.

Online Connect Webinars

NICHE webinars focus on new, collaborative approaches for practice innovations promoting better outcomes for older adult patients. Earn one hour of continuing education credit.

Call for Abstracts

Thank you for your interest in participating at the 2018 NICHE Conference in Atlanta, GA, April 10-13, 2018.

We are currently receiving abstract submissions. Abstract submissions will be accepted through an online submission portal. If the abstract is accepted, the presenting author is required to confirm or decline the offer by January 19, 2018.
